If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to make those arrangments for you.
We make an effort to ship items just as soon as we can, please remember that the items we sell are handmade and do take considerable time and effort to produce.
We will not ship to new addresses. Please make sure you have the current and correct shipping address in your profile. Any requests for address changes after the order has been placed will result in order cancellation, where you can then reorder after updating your shipping info in your profile.
WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
If an item returns as an unclaimed package we are not responsible for any shipping fees and the item will be relisted unless the buyer asks for the item to be reshipped at their own expense.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
If you are unhappy with your order please reach out to use as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for you to return it to us for a refund. If it is a custom item we cannot accept a return. We do not pay for return shipping. We do not issue reimbursement for any taxes, duty or fees you may or may not have paid in your country. We will not refund the original shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any taxes, duty, VAT, that you may have to pay for importing goods from the USA nor can we advise you how much those taxes may be. Your taxes are your responsibility.
Additionally, we do report the paid value of the items on the customs manifest. We will not lie, change, alter, or otherwise be untruthful on the customs forms.
If you refuse the package and it is returned to us we will deduct any and all expenses including shipping which we incur due to the refusal of the parcel. In the event that the items were custom made for you, or became damaged in the return due to your refusal to collect the parcel we may not refund you anything at all.
In short, you are bound by the laws of your country and responsible for knowing what those laws are.
Prop pieces cast in molds from resin sometimes have imperfections. This is due to a number of reasons such as environmental conditions (weather, humidity), age of the mold, materials, etc. While we make every effort to produce clean error free castings, nothing is perfect. Small bubbles, voids, etc. can and do occur.
